Origin

As an international group of companies, we are a place where different cultures meet and work together. Employees from 17 different nations are employed at Ball Ludesch. For us the qualification and the personality of a person are important to decide on whether we can welcome a new employee in the respective team.

In our group of companies we support each other and cooperate worldwide, therefore, we also send employees to other plants which need short-term support.
