We offer varied tasks in a collegial and personal environment. We work hand in hand and achieve our goals together as a team. Nevertheless, after a short time the new employees work on their own responsibility, but they are never being left alone with their questions.

Work Environment

Mutual appreciation, openness, fairness and commitment shape our work environment. We only make promises we can keep.

All employees up to the managing director, call each other by their first name. We do not need appointments to speak to executives or supervisors, our doors are always open.

Our internal mentoring program includes a thorough introduction to our company and allows new team members a smooth start. Nobody expects new employees to know everything. One can count on the support of each individual.

Health

The health of our employees is important to us, for this reason we do have a company doctor, who is available to help in all health issues. Moreover, we participate as a team in sports events and have our own corporate football team.

In the canteen we provide our employees with free fresh fruit and our gourmet canteen offers a varied and balanced diet.

In addition, we support our employees in the purchase of sporting goods, as well as the subscription for their gym.

Working Hours

Sufficient distance from the daily work routine is necessary to constantly perform well. Therefore, we try to respond to the needs of our employees with modern and flexible working time models and we strive for a healthy "work-life-balance".


That is why we offer our employees to work on the flextime model, or for those who have been working in shifts for a long time, get the possibility to reduce their weekly working hours.

Further Education

We invest in our employees. Training and further education take place at the professional level as well as on the personal and on the teambuilding level.

Meals

In our company we have a gourmet canteen which is financially supported by the company. In addition, free fruit is available in the canteen.

Events

For a good climate in the team, team events take place on a regular basis. We celebrate our successes and achievements together and are proud of what we have already achieved as a team.

Equipment

All our employees are provided with clean work clothes every day. Furthermore, required work shoes, goggles and hearing protection or other equipment are paid by the company.
