Why Ball Ludesch?

For ten years, there has already been the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship in our company. Currently, the apprenticeships mechanical engineering technician, electrical engineer and laboratory engineer are being trained. Our apprentices are optimally prepared for their professional life - independence and personal responsibility are very important at an early stage. In order to develop these competencies, our apprentices receive their own projects, which they implement independently. Of course, they always get the full support from our trainers. We offer a technically sound education on the cutting edge of technology, with which you will be prepared for the future.

Apprentice Exchange

Our apprentices have the opportunity and our support to apply for an international apprentice exchange program lasting 4-8 weeks.

Study Time

Every week, our apprentices have half a day to study. Of course, they will be supported by our colleagues in technical matters. 

Flexible Working Hours

Our apprentices make use of our flextime model, so they mostly allocate their working time independently.

Meals

In our company we have a gourmet canteen which is financially supported by the company. In addition, free fruit is available in the canteen.

Financial benefits

Like all our employees, apprentices receive a prorated, annual bonus when achieving all our goals. In addition, there are gifts and premiums for various occasions. 

Team events

A variety of team events take place to create a good atmosphere in the team.

Equipment

All our employees are provided with clean work clothes every day. Furthermore, required work shoes, goggles and hearing protection or other equipment are paid by the company.

For our apprentices, we have a strong partner at hand with the "Lehre im Walgau" association, which, in addition to a wide range of training courses, also provides a network to other apprentices in other companies.
